Handout Collective Decision Making Protocol
- Brainstorm the list individually, in the following three types of implementation data (These three types should also be on a whiteboard or flipchart paper, heading three separate columns):
- student outcome questions,
- teacher implementation fidelity questions, and
- system capacity and programmatic support questions.
Make sure people list as many questions as they can. (10 minutes)
- Discuss list in triads, three minutes per person, talking through the questions people generated during the brainstorm. (10 minutes)
- Individuals put one choice from each category on flipchart paper. People can write something from their own lists or put up something that was discussed in their triad.
- Once this is completed, individuals put a dot next to the two choices that most interest them in each category. (10 minutes)
