Objective
Review the data collected from the evaluation to answer the questions generated and make decisions to improve the system.

60 minutes
Preparation
- Compile data from the evaluation to display or distribute
- Make copies or give participants access to handouts.
- Handout ORID Protocol
- Handout Decision Matrix
Directions
- Display or distribute the collected data.
- As a team walk through the ORID Protocol for reviewing data.
- Based on the decisions made using the ORID protocol make posters for each of the team’s recommendations.
- Ask team members to identify the various impacts, both positive and negative, of implementing the recommendation on the system.
- Next give the team a different colored post-it asking for how the recommendation will impact students.
- Distribute another color post-its and ask participants to identify how the recommendation will impact educators.
- Review the various impacts and prioritize the various recommendations and determine which to implement.
