This activity can be used to consider key messages and a plan to communicate those messages to families and stakeholders.

Objective

This activity is designed to help schools to create a plan for communication that is inclusive and effective.

20 minutes or more

1. Walk through each of the questions on the Communication Plan Template.

2. Record thinking in each of the columns aligned to the question.

3. Use the plan for consistent messaging.
