The following questions could be considered in preparing to develop curriculum:
· How does curriculum support implementation of effective instructional practices?
· How well is the curriculum aligned to standards and benchmarks so that all students can achieve mastery?
· Does the curriculum support an efficient learning progression across grade levels and courses?
· Does the curriculum provide support for the learning backgrounds, prior experiences, and cultures of the students?
· Has the curriculum process had the involvement of important stakeholders including affected educators, parents and community members?
