Learning Objective Develop a plan for evaluating the professional learning system.

Time 45 - 60 minutes

Preparation

1. Make copies or give participants access to handout.

a. Handout: Guide to evaluation

2. Make a poster for each of the topics on the handout

3. Provide post-its to all team members

Directions

1. Distribute Handout: Guide to evaluation or give participants access to handout for the activity.

2. Have participants put their ideas for each topic on a post-it. One idea per post-it.

3. Have participants put their post-its in the corresponding poster.

4. Assign two people per poster to group ideas and compile any duplicates.

5. Share out to the group with the findings from each poster.

6. Use this information from the post-its to identify one response for each topic on the handout and develop and evaluation plan that can then be shared with stakeholders.
