Objective
Review the data collected from the evaluation to answer the questions generated and make decisions to improve the system.
Time
60 minutes
Preparation
1. Compile data from the evaluation to display or distribute
2. Make copies or give participants access to handouts.
Directions
1. Display or distribute the collected data.
2. As a team walk through the ORID Protocol for reviewing data.
3. Based on the decisions made using the ORID protocol make posters for each of the team’s recommendations.
4. Ask team members to identify the various impacts, both positive and negative, of implementing the recommendation on the system.
5. Next give the team a different colored post-it asking for how the recommendation will impact students.
6. Distribute another color post-its and ask participants to identify how the recommendation will impact educators.
7. Review the various impacts and prioritize the various recommendations and determine which to implement.
